Selected premium custom products are carefully made, packed and shipped to Australia, with an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 5–8 weeks from order confirmation.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, missing parts or not as described, please contact us within our 30-day product issue support period. Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement parts, repair, replacement, return approval or refund, and we will cover the reasonable costs related to issues we are responsible for.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns where the product has been supplied correctly and has no product issue. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
